Tennessee linebacker Daniel Bituli ejected for targeting at Alabama
TUSCALOOSA, Alabama - Tennessee linebacker Daniel Bituli was ejected for targeting in the second quarter at Alabama on Saturday.
The senior hit Alabama wide receiver Jerry Jeudy at the UT 1-yard line. Officials reviewed the play and called targeting.
Bituli had four tackles before the ejection. Alabama scored on the following play to take a 21-10 lead.
UT already was without starting inside linebacker Henry To'o To'o for the first half Saturday due to a targeting penalty in the second half against Mississippi State last Saturday.
